Mark Wills

Mark is a journeyman sales professional for more than 20 years who has walked in your shoes as a salesperson, sales manger, sales leader and owner and manager director of several successful businesses.

He spent many years as a Senior Miller Heiman and latterly Korn Ferry Consulting Partner, guiding and coaching multinational corporations in learning, implementing and applying sales skills, process and methodologies.

Mark is a subject matter expert in complex sales and has written, developed and delivered sales methodologies for companies such as Citibank, KPMG, Swiss RE, Merck, JLL and Mercer to name but a few.

He has mentored and coached sales leaders on 5 continents and it has been said that few people have Mark’s depth of all round knowledge of today’s ever-changing world of selling.

Passionate and committed to helping clients achieve their objectives, he is the guy you want in your corner.

Mark works closely with clients across multi-year long relationships as a sales effectiveness coach and an active member of their team. This often involves:

• Mentoring sales leaders
• Helping sales leaders manage change and take organizations through sales transformation
• Coaching and guiding live opportunity pursuits
• Building and executing account plans
• Coaching sales coaches
• Training trainers
• Advising on new market strategies
• Developing sales systems that improve sales management.

Originally from the United Kingdom, he is based in Southeast Asia
where he has been for close to 20 years. He is married with three children, likes to stay fit, plays golf and enjoys writing.
